Lisa Hainzl has been teaching basic German courses (levels A1 and A2) at the Mozarteum University since 2012 and held courses as part of the International Summer Academy until 2016. She also works at the University of Salzburg in the Department of German Studies as a German lecturer for the intermediate level and in teacher training.
As a co-opted board member of the Austrian Association for German as a Foreign Language, she volunteers for the networking and further training of German teachers in Salzburg. For Huber Verlag, she worked in an advisory capacity on the conception of the DaF textbook "Momente", which is also used in the courses.
Lisa Hainzl was born in Hallein in 1987 and studied linguistics and German at the University of Salzburg. The focus of study in both subjects was language acquisition and German as a foreign language. In 2012 she completed her studies with her master's thesis on the subject: "The vocal acquisition of German by children with Turkish as their mother tongue" and was awarded the "Award of Appreciation 2012" by the Federal Ministry of Science and Research.
During her studies and after her graduation, she taught at various private institutes and universities (University of Portland/Salzburg, FH Salzburg, PH Salzburg, Language Center Uni Salzburg) and also worked as an examiner for the Austrian Language Diploma German (ÖSD).
