Since 2012 Bernadette Bartos has been working as a lied-correpetitor at the Mozarteum University in the classes of Helmut Deutsch, Pauliina Tukiainen and Wolfgang Holzmair. Regular concert activity at home and abroad connects her with the Rainer Trost, Paul Armin Edelmann, Rafael Fingerlos and Matthias Winckler.
Bernadette Bartos studied piano at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna with Imola Joó, Heinz Medjimorec and Stephan Möller. She also studied song accompaniment at the Royal College of Music in London with Roger Vignoles and Simon Lepper and completed her master's degree at the Music and Arts University in Vienna. Her training was supplemented in master classes with Klaus Hellwig, Christopher Elton, Noel Flores, Joaquin Soriano, Helmut Deutsch, Roger Vignoles, Julius Drake and Graham Johnson.
In 1999 she made her debut in the Great Hall of the Wiener Musikverein and later appeared as a soloist and accompanist in the Schubert and Mozart Hall of the Wiener Konzerthaus. Her concert activities as a soloist, chamber musician and song accompanist have taken her to France, Uruguay, Slovenia, Great Britain, Switzerland, Slovakia and the Netherlands. In 2010 she was included in Graham Johnson's Young Songmakers Almanac. She has given concerts at the Oxford Song Festival, Regent Hall, St. Barnabas Ealing and St. James's Piccadilly, among others. In 2012 she won the Beethoven Chamber Music Competition. She released CDs together with Wolfgang Holzmair and Gerald Schubert.
