Claudia Ehrenlechner (born Bindig) studied business administration with a focus on human resource management, controlling and accounting. She was employed as an audit assistant in the Risk Assurance Services department at the auditing firm PwC Austria and in the International Management Holding of HOFER KG as an associate in Risk Management. Since April 2019, she has been working as an Internal Audit Manager in the Internal Audit department of the Mozarteum University.

Before working as a university auditor, Claudia Ehrenlechner studied law for four semesters at the University of Regensburg before switching to business administration. She completed her studies at the Munich University of Applied Sciences, specialising in Human Resource Management and Controlling and Accounting. Her bachelor's thesis on ‘Compliance as a human resources challenge’ was of a legal and economic nature and was written in cooperation with the Munich Police Headquarters during an internship at CMS Hasche Sigle, one of the leading law firms in Germany.

After completing her studies, Claudia Ehrenlechner worked as an audit assistant in the Risk Assurance Services department at the auditing firm PwC Austria and was primarily employed in business process management at well-known automotive companies. She then worked as an Associate in Risk Management at the International Management Holding of HOFER KG. Her core activities were also reflected here in the areas of process management, control systems, risk management and auditing.
