Lukas Jakob Löcker

University assistant/third-party funding project ‘New Media’ in the ProQ-STEAM research project [Fine Arts] Innsbruck
Lukas Jakob Löcker works at the Mozarteum University as Creative Coordinator of the advanced module ‘Media Communication’ in the research project ProQ-STEAM for the ‘Bildnerische Innsbruck’. 

He also works as a project manager for cultural and art education and teaches at the University of Art and Design Linz (Department of ‘Media Design’), where he previously completed a BA degree in ‘Time-based & Interactive Media’ and an MA degree in ‘Time-based Media’. Both degrees ended with honours, as did his PMA degree in ‘Music & Media Technology’ at the Anton Bruckner Private University Linz.

His media projects have been exhibited and performed at various national and international cultural events. He was/is active as a curator and speaker in Linz (Festival Neue Musik, Symposion Subcultura, Landestheater, Klimabündnis) and in Berlin (Weißensee Kunsthochschule, Radical Roots of Rave Symposium, University:Future Festival), as well as in San Francisco at the California Institute of Integral Studies and in Romania (Sounds like a Book Residency).
