Jakob Schiendorfer has been a lecturer at the Mozarteum University since autumn 2021 and leads the course "Basic Course Wood" in the Design: Technology.Textile degree programme and works as a functional assistant in project supervision. He has also been teaching technology and design as well as geography and business education at the PG Borromäum since 2020.

Jakob Schiendorfer graduated from the HTBLA Hallstatt (interior design and furniture construction) in 2013 and, after working as a carpenter and interior designer, studied Design: Technology.Textile at Mozarteum University and Geography and Economics at the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg.
As a passionate creative craftsman, he has already designed and constructed many unique pieces of furniture. The aim of his work is to find a balance between art and functionality by developing innovative solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and practical.
