Research project

In particular, the project addresses students, young adults, and career changers for whom access to knowledge about artistic professions and study opportunities is difficult due to their social and local conditions. The actors (target groups, university-internal participants, cooperation partners) develop, analyze and test concepts, formats and contents. The participatory development and the inter-university exchange guarantee sustainability and have a long-term effect on changing structures.

The central objective of the project is to develop an interactive platform that supports previous counseling and information processes and offers a target-group-specific, generation-appropriate information and communication service that interweaves analog and digital formats. In working groups and workshops, a multilingual, digital platform is being developed that offers various formats (video tutorials, peer feedback, voice messages, etc.). The platform is aimed in particular at schoolchildren, young adults, and career changers for whom access to knowledge about artistic professions and courses of study is difficult due to their social and local circumstances.

The actors (target groups, university-internal participants, cooperation partners) develop, analyze and test concepts, formats and contents. The participatory development and the inter-university exchange guarantee sustainability and have a long-term effect on changing structures. Impact Adaptation of the information offered to the communication habits of future students Reduction of implicit and explicit barriers for those who do not have specific knowledge and networks Barrier-free and inclusive access to studies through informal, interactive formats and the use of non-academic language Reaching more diverse and non-traditional applicant groups Strengthening the cooperation of internal and inter-university communication interfaces
