Bruno Juen studied arrangement and composition at the IACP Paris and attended jazz piano workshops with Uli Scherer and Dejan Pecenko. Since 1996 he has been working at the Mozarteum University, first as assistant to Wolfgang Pillinger, later as répétiteur at the Thomas Bernhard Institute, and since 2011 as lecturer for the subject "Scenic-Musical Performance". Since 1998 he has been teaching jazz piano at the Musikum Salzburg in the jazz and popular department. As a pianist & keyboardist he has been involved in numerous ensembles and productions, including the Salzburg Landestheater, the Schauspielhaus Salzburg, the Kleines Theater Salzburg, the Metropolis Vienna and the Mozarteum University.
