Christian-Patrick Puls

Christian-Patrick Puls lives and works as an art and cultural mediator in Vienna and Salzburg. Since 2014 he has been a lecturer at the Department of Scenography.
Christian-Patrick Puls (*1977 in Kiel) studied at the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences at the University of Vienna and at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna. Since 2001 he has worked as an art mediator at the Museum Moderner Kunst Stiftung Ludwig Wien, since 2008 as a certified art & cultural mediator. From 2004 to 2007 he worked as a development worker in Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger. 2009 to 2014 lecturer at math.space in Vienna's Museumsquartier, 2011 to 2014 art educator for the Generali Foundation, meanwhile art-creating-art-educational collaboration projects of the Generali Foundation with schools and students of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. Since 2014 he has been a lecturer in the Department of Scenography at the Mozarteum University with the courses “Image Viewing and Analysis” and “Art History 4”. Since 2018 he has also been working as an art and culture mediator for the Q21/Museumsquartier Wien, and supervises cooperative interdisciplinary mediation formats of the Museum Moderner Kunst Stiftung Ludwig Wien in cooperation with the mathematics forum "TU ForMath" of the Vienna University of Technology, as well as in cooperation with the Institute for High Energy Physics (HEPHY) of the Austrian Academy of Sciences.
