Senate
Overview
The Senate is one of the three leading collegial bodies of the Mozarteum University Salzburg, along with the Rectorate and the University Council. The election of the 18 members of the Senate takes place in the respective curiae - it is thus composed of nine representatives of the professors, four representatives of the lecturers of the Mittelbau and one representative of the university employees. In addition, there are four students who are delegated to the Senate by the Austrian Student Union.
