Elisabeth Grain

Elisabeth Grain works as a physiotherapist, cellist and mental coach. She combines the expertise of these three disciplines in the Musicians' Health - Physiotherapy for Musicians programme. She specialises in hand rehabilitation, musculoskeletal complaints and ease on stage/performance coaching.

Elisabeth Grain studied concert cello and IGP cello at the Mozarteum University Salzburg, the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and the Sibelius Academy Helsinki. She is a passionate orchestral musician and plays with orchestras such as the Helsinki Radio Symphony Orchestra, Lapland Chamber Orchestra, Mozarteum Orchestra and Camerata Salzburg. In addition to her instrumental studies, Elisabeth Grain studied physiotherapy in Brussels and Salzburg and trained as a mental trainer.

She finds a balance to her everyday life on her bike, in clowning and on the slackline.
