Artistic-scientific exchange in research and teaching between the two important instrument collections of the Salzburg Museum and the Ferdinandeum Innsbruck with the students and teachers of the MOZ, the PLUS and the PMU.

Project goals: 

Instruments of national importance are refurbished by experts / restorers and reconstructed on the basis of CTs from the Division of Neoradiology (PMU). Students are encouraged to do university research. Establishment of a concert series using original instruments in the museums.

Conduct joint courses, field trips, and research days between MOZ and PLUS. Sound/VIDEO recordings with the instruments in the sound and video studio/medialab. The "Institute for Early Music" is to be sustainably strengthened in research and teaching through the instrument replica.
