Claudia Sendlinger studied German, English and voice training in Regensburg. From 1999 to 2015 she taught speech training at the University of Music and Theater in Munich (school music) and at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Stuttgart (acting). She is following the methods of Kristin Linklater and gestural speaking. She also studied acting at Columbia University New York and Juilliard School New York. In 2015 she was a mentee in the Excellence Program of the University of the Arts Berlin/Ernst Busch University of Dramatic Art for women in higher education. Since 2001 she has been supporting actors in their vocal development and text work at various theaters in Germany and has been developing speech choirs for productions. She was working for the Schauspiel Frankfurt, Staatstheater Nürnberg, Theater Münster, Nationaltheater Mannheim, Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz Munich and at the Salzburg Festival 2017. Since 2015 she has been Senior Lecturer in Speech Training in Acting at the Mozarteum University Salzburg.
