Last October 31st, 2004, Marco Tamayo performed a concert in Bergen, Norway and teached Masterclass at the same place.
From 11th to 15th November 2004, and together with the spanish guitarist Anabel Montesinos, Marco Tamayo performed a concert tour in Poland. The cities were Lublin, Cracow and Varsovia.
In June 2005 Marco Tamayo performed a concert devoted to the memory of Dr. Michele Pittaluga, the founder of the Int. Guitar Competition Michele Pittaluga, Cittá di Alessandria. This concert was organized at the Church of Sezzadio. The concert included works of barock and classic styles with orchestra, and solo music for guitar from the Romantic periode.
November 15th was a date when Marco Tamayo performed his first concert at the Mozart Hall, Konzerthaus in Klagenfurt, Austria. This concert was the oficial presentation of Marco Tamayo as Professor at the Landeskonservatorium in the city. The Mozart hall was soldout. The program included Nocturnal, by Britten, Sonate BWV 1001, by J. S. Bach, transcribed for guitar by Marco Tamayo, in luth tunning, Introduction and Caprice, by Regondi, Capricci 11 and 5, by Niccolo Paganini and Sonata op. 47, by Ginastera. Critics Post-concert will be included soon in the Reviews Section.
Last 21st March 2006 Marco Tamayo performed a concert in Salzburg, Wienner Saal of Mozarteum University, at 18:00, as a part of his Habilitation at the Mozarteum University.
In June 9th, 2006 Tamayo's appointment was at the Schubert Saal, Konzerthause in Viena, Austria. Concert Program included Grand Sonata in A-Major, Two Capricci and some original works by N. Paganini, Sonata BWV 1001, By J. S. Bach, Cuban music and Introduction et Caprici by G. Regondi.
2007
Next February 15, 2007, Marco Tamayo concert will be at the Belgrade Int. Guitar Festival.
March 28th 2007, the appointment is at the Solitaer Hall, Mirabelplatz 1, the new concert hall of the Mozarteum University of Arts in Salzburg, Austria. (Concert performing solo and duo with Anabel Montesinos)
March 30th, Concert in Torino, Italy. Solo and Duo.
On the 28th April, the date is in Cartarroja, Spain, with a concert for solo and duo.
On the 30th April, Tamayo will take part in a presentation organized at the Conservatory of Perugia, Italia, together with Dott. Ms. Micaela Pittaluga, President of the Int. Guitar Contest Michele Pittaluga, Citá di Alessandria.
May 10th, Groesser Saal, Konzerthause in Klagenfurt, Austria, Marco Tamayo will perform the Concerto de Aranjuez by J. Rodrigo and a concerto by G. F. Haendl.
June 15th, 2007. Concert in Alessandria. Duo Peter Ratzenbeck ( www.peter-ratzenbeck.at ), and Marco Tamayo.
June 16th, 2007. Concert in Verona. Ratzenbeck-Tamayo
From the 25th to the 29th June, Masterclasses in Valencia, Spain, concert at the same city on the 30th June combined with a guitar exibition and performing on guitars of valencian makers.
July 6, Concerto Madrigal for two guitars and Orchestra by J. Rodrigo, performing Anabel Montesinos and Marco Tamayo, in Lublin, Poland. Fron 3rd to 8th, Tamayo will be member of the jury of the International Contest and also will give Masterclasses.
August 1st, 2007. Lago Maggiore, Italy. Program of Spanish music.
August 2nd, 2007. Laggo Maggiore, Italy. Different styles of music.
October, from 1 to 6, 2007. Masterclasses at the Jeréz International Guitar Festival, Spain. Date of the concert still to confirm.
November 10th, 2007. Concert in Seoul, Korea. Details of tour and cities will be given soon.
